2.Your phone - Settings - Bluetooth - Forget "IDW19"

3.Restart your phone，uninstall the VeryFit APP and install it again

4.Reconnect your watch and phone again

Why is my watch alway disconnected with APP, how to keep APP active on phone background?

Keep APP active on phone background:

1.For iOS user: Phone Settings - General - Background App Refresh - Choose VeryFit to turn it on.

2.For Android user: VeryFit app - My - Guide on how to keep App running in the background, set it accordingly.

I can't receive messages on my watch.

1.Keep APP active on phone background

2.Open VeryFit APP- "Device" - "Notification" - Turn on "Missed Called/ SNS/ Facebook" and etc.

3.Your watch- Settings- turn off "Do not disturb"

4.Your watch- Settings- Ringtone settings- turn off "Silent mode"

The watch cannot be charged/cannot be turned on.

1.Charger and watch are properly aligned

2.Charge watch, long press the button for 15s, check for any vibrations

3.Try a different outlet to test charger cable

4.Charge the watch for 1.5 hours and test again
