If your home meets the following conditions, the bulb will bring you a new experience
–2.4GHz WiFi and IPv6 routers (not compatible with 5GHz)
–A home hub is necessary, such as Matter-certified smart speakers made by Apple, Alexa, and Google
Can I use these light bulbs if I don't have any device as a home hub?
Yes. The smart bulbs can be added to the uHome+ APP, and you can control them directly through the app, no hub is needed.
When adding the light bulb for the first time, it says the device cannot be found.
Please try resetting the device and confirm it is in the factory reset state. Also, make sure Bluetooth is turned on, and your phone, home hub, and light bulbs are connected to the same WiFi.
Light bulbs appear offline after being added to the home hub and app.
Please check 1. If your network is stable; 2. If the smart bulbs and your home hub are connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi; 3. If the light switch is turned off.
Can I use a dimmer to control the bulb?
The light bulbs cannot be used with a dimmer switch.
